Obituary of Tom Farrell

Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Lion's Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on Friday, May 25, 2018, Tom Farrell of Harbour Grace, age 80 years. Predeceased by granddaughter: Terri Marie Lawlor; parents: John and Katherine; sisters: Irene (Gerald) Neary and Marguerite (Walter) Stone; brother: Bernard (Eileen); nephew: Shaw Kelley; parents-in-law: Leonard and Ollie Clarke. Leaving to mourn, wife: Beulah; two daughters: Jackie (John) Brockerville, Mount Pearl and Cheryl (Greg) Keeler, Hammonds Plains, NS; one son: Shawn (Glenda), Hr. Grace; four grandchildren: Jennifer (Gordon), Katie (Aaron), Gregory, and Sarah; one step-grandson: Adam (Ashley); three great-grandchildren: Gordon Thomas, Paige, and Norah; one sister: Betty (Bob, deceased) Schrimshaw, Cambridge, ON; sisters-in-law: Lillian (Jim, deceased) Kelley, Wisconsin, USA and Lona (Boyd) Reynolds, Salmon Cove; brother-in-law: Norman (Lillian) Clarke, Brantford, ON; special friend: Margaret Neil, Hr. Grace; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A special thank you is extended to the Doctors, Nurses, and staff at Unit 2 of the Lion’s Manor Nursing Home. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Wednesday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Hr. Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
