Obituary of Derek Ash

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, September 6, 2018, Derek Ash of Carbonear; formerly of Harbour Grace, age 59 years. Predeceased by father: Hedley. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Katie (David Dwyer), Grand Prairie, AB; two sons: Jason (Samantha Gosse), Bradley (Robyn Gunter) and their mother: Evelyn Ash, all of Carbonear; mother: Bea Ash, Harbour Grace; four grandchildren: Haylee, Hannah, William, and Brooklyn; one sister: Joy Prince, Regina, SK; nieces: Jade and Jenna; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Friday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.; 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. Interment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
