Passed suddenly away on Thursday, October 11, 2018, Cynthia (Davis) Dunphy of Carbonear, age 47 years. Predeceased by grandparents: George and Margaret Pike and George and Elizabeth Davis; parents-in-law: Michael and Rose Dunphy. Leaving to mourn, husband: Paul 'PJ'; three daughters: Nicole, Emily, and Sarah; parents: Rev. John and Muriel Davis, Victoria; one brother: Robert (Lynanne) Davis, Victoria; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Alice (Andy) Doyle, Marg (Ambrose) Slade, Judy (Kenny) Neil, Mike Dunphy, and Steve Dunphy (Paige Johnson); also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and the staff and students of St. Francis School, Harbour Grace. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Sunday and Monday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, October 16 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
