Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Thursday, February 21, 2019, Clarence Buckler of Northern Bay, age 85 years. Predeceased by wife: Florence; parents: Joseph and Mary; sisters: Beatrice (Douglas) Pender and Emmie (Clarence) Pottle; brother-in-law: Heber Noftle. Leaving to mourn, special nephew: Roger (Debbie) Pender, St. John’s; sister: Elaxy Noftle, Carbonear; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Northern Bay. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
