Obituary of Selma B. Whiteway

Passed peacefully away at the Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Sunday, March 10, 2019, Selma B. Whiteway of Job's Cove, age 75 years. Predeceased by parents: Thomas and Constance Milley. Leaving to mourn, husband: William C.; one brother: Selby (Olga), Western Bay; sister-in-law: Rose (Cecil) Hender, Mount Pearl; nephew: Donald; Selma’s former co-workers at the Old Perlican Cottage Hospital who maintained a special friendship with one another throughout the years; also a number of other relatives and friends. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican; a special thank you to friends: Henley, Rita, and Joan.  Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove on Monday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.; 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 13 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove.
