Obituary of Ivy Rose

Passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Ivy Rose of Ochre Pit Cove, age 85 years. Predeceased by husband: Edward; son: Randy. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Corrina (Angus) Thomas, Ochre Pit Cove; two sons: Paul and Brian (Sharon), both of Ochre Pit Cove; nine grandchildren: Curtis, Keith, Cody, Kristen, Michael, Dawn, David, Joel, and Sarah; nine great-grandchildren; one brother: Eric Goudie, Grand Falls-Windsor; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of 3 South at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear for the care you gave to our mom.  Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, March 30 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. Interment in Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery, Northern Bay.  As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund, PO Box 159, Broad Cove, NL, A0A 1L0.
