Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.  Allan H. Badcock, PO1 (Ret'd) of Carbonear, age 81 years.  Predeceased by wife: Goldie; parents: Charles and Mary, brothers: Johnny (Lizzie), Clarence and Wilson (Bertha) and sister: Susie (Chess) Holmes.  Leaving to mourn, one son:  Terry, Whitehorse, Yukon, three daughters: Brenda (Jim) Daniels, Cole Harbour, NS, Cate (Jean Paul) Gaudet, Moncton, NB, and Sharon (Ross) Stewart, Brighton, ON; four grandchildren: Jean Paul, Kala, Crystal, and Desirae, and three great-grandchildren: Clara, Evangelina and Thomas; sister-in-law: Maggie Badcock, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends.  Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, April 9 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear.  Cremation to follow.  Inurnment to take place on Thursday, April 11 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery, Shearstown.  In lieu of flowers, a small donation to the Cancer Society may be made on his behalf.
