Obituary of Barbara Jean Clarke

Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, May 10, 2019, Barbara Jean Clarke of Victoria, age 64 years. Predeceased by parents: Warrick and Vida Slade; brother: Reginald; brothers-in-law: Roy (Myrtle) Clarke, Albert Clarke, Raymond Clarke, Wilfred Clarke, Percival (Cynthia) Clarke, Ivan Clarke, Maxwell Clarke, and Llewelyn Clarke. Leaving to mourn, husband: Junior; one daughter: Tina (Desi King), Perry’s Cove; one son: Daniel (Melissa Stickley), Carbonear; granddaughter: Sarah, and grandson on the way: Ashton; two brothers: Edward Slade (Linda), Western Bay and Boyde (Cynthia) Slade, Victoria; one sister: Lynda Gallant (Richard LeBlanc), New Brunswick; brothers-in-law: Leslie Clarke and Bruce (Arlene) Clarke, both of Victoria, and Lloyd (Lois) Clarke, Ontario; sisters-in-law: Jessie Clarke, Ontario, Erma (Clifford) Penney, Carbonear, Sophie Wheeler, Victoria, Florence Clarke, Western Bay, and Andrea Slade, Salmon Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. At Barbara’s request, cremation has taken place. A private family visitation and service will be held at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear.
