Obituary of Myrtle Joy Gosse

Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Saturday, June 22, 2019, Myrtle Joy Gosse of Riverhead, Harbour Grace; formerly of Tilton, age 52 years. Predeceased by father: Frederick; sister: Ruth; nephew: Ryan; sister-in-law: Mildred, and deceased by her mother: Pearl Gosse on Sunday, June 23, 2019. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Cassandra Gaard (Stephen Fry), Mount Pearl, and her father: Martin Gaard, Denmark; Shanda (Aaron) Parsons, Spaniard’s Bay, Yolanda Verge (Patrick Reynolds), Riverhead, Harbour Grace, son: Harrison Verge (Alexandra Lilly), Riverhead, Harbour Grace, and their father: Shane Verge, Harbour Grace; two grandsons: Isaiah and Gibson; fiance: Rod Lewis, Markland; four brothers: William (Joyce) Moores, Ontario, Freddie (Darlene) Gosse, Alberta, Ramsey (Sherry) Gosse and Arthur Gosse, both of Tilton; five sisters: Elaine (John) Clarke, Logy Bay, Betty Coombs (Keith Murphy), Harbour Grace, Lillian (Gerard) Mugford, Cupids, Janice (David) Earle, Shearstown, and Kim (Jimmy) Seward, Alberta; grand fur babies: Scruffy "Puffles" and Bentley; parents-in-law: Harrison and May Verge, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, June 25 at 11:00 a.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Tilton.
