Obituary of Tanya Rose

Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by loved ones at Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, September 2, 2019, Tanya Rose of Western Bay, age 37 years. Predeceased by grandparents: Peter Rose, George and Leona Bursey. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Aleah; two sons: Jordan and Alexander and their father: James Puddester, Western Bay; father: Peter (Lolita) Rose, Norman Wells, NT; mother: Wendy Bursey, Norman Wells, NT; grandmother: Winnie Rose, Ochre Pit Cove; two sisters: Patricia Rose, Edmonton, AB and Katrina Rose, Norman Wells, NT; nieces and nephews: Summer, Tyler, Silas, Zach, and Katelynn; special friends: Robyn (Geoffrey) Broderick and their children: Cailey and Riley, Patricia 'Trish' (Gerald) Lynch and their children: Hudson, Cameron and Allden; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church, Western Bay. Cremation to follow. Inurnment to take place in the United Cemetery, Broad Cove at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Tanya Rose Memorial Fund, c/o Noel’s Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
