Passed peacefully away at his residence on Monday, October 14, 2019, Randell Dean of Victoria, age 67 years. Predeceased by son: Devon; granddaughter: Charity; parents: William and Ethel; brothers: Richard (Olive), Jordan (Margaret), William (Alice), Elihu, and Eldred; sisters: Shirley Hefford and Bertha May (Nath) Clarke. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Stephanie (Matthew) Peddle and Kendra (Greg) Patey; ten grandchildren; one brother: Albert (Joan) Dean; two sisters: Margaret (George) Rowe and Linda (Harold) Clarke; brother-in-law: Ted Hefford; special nephew: Adam Rowe; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Cremation to follow. A private family inurnment will take place in the United Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Randell Dean Memorial Fund, c/o Noel’s Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
