Obituary of Theresa Neil

Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, January 11, 2020, Theresa Neil of Harbour Grace, age 88 years. Predeceased by husband: Daniel Sr.; daughter: Mary; granddaughter: Danielle; parents: Michael and Bertha Rose. Leaving to mourn, five daughters: Linda (Tony) Mercer, Shearstown, Marilyn (Jack) Hunt, Harbour Grace, Janet Cleary (Neil), Bristol’s Hope, Hilda Neil (Hubert), Bishop’s Cove, and Debbie (Roger) Ludlow, Goulds; four sons: Daniel (Brenda), Walter (Janet), and Paul (Carolann), all of Harbour Grace, and Glenn (Denise), Carbonear; step-son: Daniel (Frances) Taylor, St. Lewis; twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister: Mildred Hunt, Shearstown; furry friends: Teddy, Milo, and Chewy; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, January 14 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. At Theresa’s request, cremation will follow. Inurnment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery at a later date.
