Obituary of Arthur 'June' O'Neill

Passed peacefully away after a long battle with cancer at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Monday, February 10, 2020, Arthur 'June' O'Neill of Harbour Grace, age 67 years. Predeceased by parents: Arthur and Florence; parents-in-law: William and Mary Grace Murray; brother-in-law: Jay. Leaving to mourn, wife: Elsie; one daughter: Melissa (Damian), St. John’s; one son: Shane, Harbour Grace; two grandchildren: Jack and Luna; two brothers: Denis (Frances), Riverhead, Harbour Grace and Brian (Anne), Harbour Grace; five sisters: Shirley (Joe) Forward, Ontario, Patricia (Allan) Greene, Placentia, Margaret (John) Glofcheski, Ontario, Geraldine (Dalibor) Dunatov, Ontario, and Sharon (Paddy) Bavis, Harbour Grace; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Phil (Jessie) Murray, Carbonear, Sadie (Brian) Fowler, Makinsons, Debbie (Carl Clarke), Carbonear and Shawn (Debbie) Murray, Alberta; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Wednesday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Friday, February 14 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Cremation to follow. Inurnment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H.
