Obituary of Alice Parsons

Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Saturday, May 2, 2020, Alice Parsons (nee Forward) of Harbour Grace, age 79 years. Predeceased by husband: Alexander 'Sandy'; parents: John and Lucy Forward; sister: Jean (Ray) Fitzpatrick. Leaving to mourn with precious memories, three daughters: Diane (Darrell) Parsons, Bay Roberts, Alexandra (Carl), Waterdown, ON, and Kim (Gene), Harbour Grace; three sons: Kenneth (Yvonne) and John (Michelle), both of Harbour Grace, and Wayne (Wanda), Topsail; eleven grandchildren: Christopher (Melanie), Cassandra (Randy), Andrew, Natasha (Wil), Danielle, Sarah (Jacob), Brandon (Lyndsay), Alicia (Danny), Kersten (Trevor), Alex (Lacey), and Christopher B.; eight great-grandchildren: MacKenzie, Bentley, Finley, Dominic, Cameron, Owen, Megan, and Mark; one brother: James (Lilly) Forward, St. John’s; two sisters: Shirley Evely (George), Carbonear and Elizabeth Forward, Topsail Beach; special family friends: Denise Parsons, Carbonear, Gail and Dave Earle, and their children, Shenstone and Adaleigh, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace on Tuesday, September 21 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Committal Service to celebrate Alice’s life to be held on Wednesday, September 22 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Church Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
