PYNN, Annie Viola 'Violet' - Passed peacefully away at the Lion's Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on Monday, January 14, 2008, Annie Viola 'Violet' Pynn of Harbour Grace, age 83 years. Predeceased by husband: Harold; parents: Maxwell and Emma Sheppard; brothers: Llewellyn, Reub, Ron and Graham. Leaving to mourn: two sons: John (Rowena), Goulds and Ernie (Veronica), Carbonear; four grandchildren: Robert (Jan), Reneé (Jamie), Stephen (Joanna) and David; great-grandson: Jeffery; sister: Vera Hunt, Carbonear; brother-in-law: Eric Pynn, Harbour Grace; sisters-in-law: Olive Abbott, Harbour Grace, Jean (Selby) Singleton, Tilton, Shirley Reinhardt, Carbonear, Emily Sheppard, Harbour Grace South, Lila Sheppard, CBS and Ivy Mercer, Coley's Point; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE after 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 16 and until 12:00 noon Friday, January 18. Funeral service to take place at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the TCP Health Foundation, 86 Highroad South, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A4.
