Obituary of Mary Brien

Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Monday, June 29, 2020, Mary Brien of Carbonear, age 90 years.
Predeceased by husband: James; sons: Leo and Paul; parents: Patrick and Ellen Fitzpatrick; brothers: Leo, Tom, and Jim; sisters: Annie and Lucia.
Leaving to mourn, two sons: David (Katrina), Carbonear and James (Marie), Alberta; daughter-in-law: Lillian Brien, Carbonear; four grandchildren: Adam (Kristen), Denise (Robert), Deanne (Cory), and Paul; three great-grandchildren: Erica, David, and Matthew; one sister: Pat (Jack) Murphy, Carbonear; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Following government legislation regarding the current pandemic, a private visitation and funeral service will be held at Noel's Funeral Home, followed by interment in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Carbonear.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
