PUDDESTER, Joseph J.- Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Thursday, January 17, 2008, Joseph J. Puddester of Northern Bay, age 79 years. Predeceased by wife: Elsie; son: Eddie; brother: George; sister: Selina. Leaving to mourn: two daughters: Susan (Gordon) Preston and Joanne Lewis, both of Northern Bay; daughter-in-law: Sylvia Puddester, Ontario; five grandchildren: Edward (Carolina), Denise (Terry), Shelly, Tanya (Craig) and Krystal; five great-grandchildren: Thomas, Sarah, Shane, Emma and Noah; two sisters: Sarah Sparkes and Mildred Driscoll, both of Lower Island Cove; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay until 10:00 a.m. Sunday, January 20. FUNERAL SERVICE IS RE-SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE AT 11:00 A.M. SUNDAY from Hope United Church and Cemetery, Northern Bay. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Hope United Church, Northern Bay.
