Obituary of Stephen Butler

Passed peacefully away at his residence on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, Stephen Butler of Carbonear, age 81 years. Predeceased by, father: John Butler; mother: Mary Hammond; step-father: Peter Hammond; brother: Richard; sister: Margaret Fitzgerald. Leaving to mourn, wife: Ellen 'Nellie'; two daughters: Kathleen (Robert) Zurkuhl, Mississauga, ON and Leona (Douglas) Legge, Florida, USA; three grandchildren: Katie (Jonathan), Cody (Marissa), and Stephanie; two brothers: Tom (Brenda), Cambridge, ON and Bernard (Maxine), England, UK; three sisters: Anne (Hank) Lee, Texas, USA, Rita Frizzell, Cambridge, ON, and Ursula Sorroka, Kingston, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Special thank you to John Pollett, BNRN with Community Health, for his kindness and going over and above. Cremation has taken place. Visitation and Funeral Mass to take place at a later date.
