Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, November 15, 2020, Mary Fahey of Northern Bay, age 93 years. Predeceased by husband: William; sons: Edward, Gerald, and Austin; grandsons: Vincent and Trevor; sons-in-law: Ted, Roy, John, and Emmanuel; parents: Tom and Ethel Johnson; brothers: Mike, Leo, Ronald, and Fred; sisters: Winnifred and Pats. Leaving to mourn, eleven daughters: Annie (Tom), Claire, Mary (Jim), Rose (Ben), Bridge (Ricky), Doreen (Wade), Maureen, Alice (Warren), Winnie (Duncan), Caroline (Garry), and Geraldine (David); five sons: Val (Gennie), Mike, William, Patrick (Amanda), and Pete (Tina); a large number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters: Lillian and Edna; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private visitation will take place at Noel's Funeral Home, Western Bay, followed by funeral service at Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Western Bay, by invitation only. Interment in Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery, Northern Bay. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Cemetery Fund, PO Box 79, Northern Bay, NL, A0A 3B0.
