Passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, Mildred Parsons of Ochre Pit Cove and Buchans, age 87 years.
Predeceased by parents: Ira and Emily; brothers: Frank and Reginald; sister: Mary; daughter-in-law: Bridget.
Leaving to mourn, husband of 68 years: Joseph; one daughter: Marilyn (Terry) Lear, Alberta; two sons: Gordon (Nora), Buchans and Doug (Michelle), Ochre Pit Cove; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother: Roy (Pert Sellars), Victoria; one sister: Marjorie (Ivan, deceased); a large circle of friends in Buchans, especially her United Church Family; also a number of other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral service and burial will take place at a later date.
