Obituary of Mary Lane

Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, Mary Lane of Carbonear; formerly of Bell Island, age 94 years.
Predeceased by husband: Harry; son-in-law: Stephen Dowden; parents: William and Helena Terry; brothers: Edward and Alphonsus Smith; sister: Theresa Murphy.
Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Mary Dowden and Joan (Pleman) Colbourne, both of Carbonear; one son: Wayne, Carbonear; five grandchildren: Mary (Eddy), Amanda (Keith), Matthew (Stacy), Mark (Jess) and Lucas; step-grandson: Johnnie; five great-grandchildren: Andrew, Andrea, Ryan, Evan, and Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Friday, August 20 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, August 21 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Carbonear.
