Passed away at Baccalieu Retirement Living , Old Perlican on Thursday, February 10, 2022, Morley Button of Western Bay, age 86 years. Predeceased by parents: Eli and Pearl; sister: Tryphena (Paul) George. Leaving to mourn, wife: Florence; two daughters: Sandra Dunleavy and Sharon (Jim) Schaab; son: Steven, all of Ontario; two step-daughters: Karen Clarke, Western Bay and Crystal (Ronald) Delaney, Burnt Point; two step-sons: Conrad Clarke, Western Bay and Cory (Bridie) Clarke, Australia and their families; six grandchildren: Michelle (Neil), Colin (Kara), Daniel, Kaitlynn, Stephanie, and Michael (Melissa); seven great-grandchildren: Tabitha, Chantel, Savana, Gavin, Alexis, Hendrix, and Zachary; sister: Stella (Alfred) Richard, Oshawa, ON; two brothers: Don (Fran), Dildo and Andrew (Rosalind), Bobcaygen, ON; sister-in-law: Mildred (Boyd) Wheadon, Western Bay; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Following pandemic guidelines, visitation by invitation only at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Tuesday, February 15 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service by invitation only on Wednesday, February 16 at 10:30 a.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Main Highway, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Lead Cove. Proof of vaccination required for visitation and funeral service.
