Wonderful memories of this sweet lady who was like my second mother in my teenage years. From sleepovers to meals and everything else in between, there was always room in Bea's and Art's home for me. Memories last a lifetime so she'll always be with those that loved her and held her dear in their hearts. Condolences to the Hillier and Parsons families, especially Chris and my old buddy, Sharon....my thoughts are with you both during this sad time. Hugs, Barb (& Lloyd)

I knew Bea from the very first days of my moving to Harbour Grace. I don't remember our first encounter but I felt an automatic liking for her. We always had a true smile when we would meet. Heaven has another angel. Bea.

This special lady was loved by so many people , whom many called “Mudder” but I always called her Mrs.Parsons yet she was my second mom by choice and I became a daughter by choice . She always gave me the best advice and always let me know when I was wrong lol At the age of 29 I had a daughter who Bea and Art quickly took the roll of nan and pop , the love they had for my daughter Shalyn was unmeasurable and Shalyn returned the love with all her heart . Over the last 40 plus years with me and Shalyn’s 29 years we made beautiful memories with this lady and she will live forever in our hearts . Fly high with the angels Mrs.Parsons and never forget Sharon , Chris , Shalyn and myself still need you once and a while to watch over us until we meet again ♥️

Sharon, Chris and families: I just now heard of the passing of your Mom. My most sincerest condolences to y’all. She was such a sweet soul whom I had the pleasure of first meeting 50 years ago this year. I am honoured to be able to have called her a dear friend for 40 years ago this very month.
