Obituary of Edith B. Parsons

Passed peacefully away at Lane’s Retirement Living, Carbonear on Friday, July 8, 2022, Edith B. Parsons of Ochre Pit Cove, age 97 years.
Predeceased by husband: Winston N.C.; parents: Joshua and Elizabeth Burdett; brothers: John, Jim (Gladys), and Robert; sisters: Clarice (Llewellyn) Hopkins and Elizabeth (William) Walsh.
Leaving to mourn, daughter: Rosetta (Harold) Bishop; son: Robert (Carol); five grandchildren: Christopher (Cynthia), Tracy, Nicholas (Chloë), Victoria (Slawomer), and Erin (Mitchel); seven great-grandchildren: Torston, Isabella, Myah, Arthur, Edith, Adriana, and Edwin; sisters-in-law: Neta Burdett and Effie (Jacob-deceased) Parsons; brothers-in-law: Ernest (Doris) Parsons and Russell (Lorraine-deceased) Parsons; also a large number of other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Tuesday, July 12 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 13 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, July 13 at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Ochre Pit Cove.
