Already missed dearly, Dad passed away after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Predeceased by parents: Lawrence and Mary; seven brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn, his loving partner: Betty Burden; his three 'girls': Karen, Karla (Gerard), and Lisa, and their mother, Cindy; grandchildren: Cynthia (Christopher), Aaron, Nick, Dylan, and Blake; three great-grandchildren; sister: Marie (Dan); also a large number of other relatives and friends. Dad spent 35 years in Fire Service and retired at 55. Loved the outdoors hunting, fishing, berry picking, but most often could be found with guitar in hand entertaining family and friends. Special thanks to the wonderful caregivers at Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, 1 Unit South and Lanes Retirement Home, Carbonear. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Tuesday, August 16 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 17 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, August 17 at 11:00 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay.
