Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, September 11, 2022, Marina Cole of Victoria, age 76 years. Predeceased by husband: Lawrence; parents: Frazer and Janie Powers; sister: Dorothea Hogan; brother: Reginald; brother-in-law: Grayson Crowley. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Lorrie Cole (Albert Foley), Pennsylvania, USA and Sonya (Jeff) Cole, Victoria; son: Rev. Tony (Tara Legge), Dartmouth, NS; friend: Cliff Harris, Victoria; three grandchildren: Katie, Andrew, and Rebekah; three brothers: Sherman (Marjorie), Winterton, Roger (Glenys), Chamberlains, and Walter (Donna Pippy), British Columbia; sister: Clarice Crowley, Western Bay; sister-in-law: Maude Powers, Winterton; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, September 12 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 13 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 14 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Victoria. Interment in the United Church Cemetery, Victoria.
