Obituary of Thomas Bernard Gear

Passed peacefully at Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, October 15, 2022, Thomas Gear of Carbonear, age 66 years. Predeceased by parents: Patrick and Josephine; brothers: Kevin (Joan Parsons) and Steven; parents-in-law: Maxwell and Mary Winsor. Leaving to mourn, wife: Linda; daughter: Danielle (Matthew) McDonald, Carbonear; son: Justin (Jennifer Hearn), Harbour Grace; two granddaughters: Aleena and Clara; brother: Patrick (Sandra), Placentia; three sisters: Mary Gaulin (George), California, USA, Von-Masie (Ken) Yetman, and Jen (Ted) Mullaly, both of Carbonear; sister-in-law: Marilyn Gear, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Thank you to Dr. Howse for the special care and guidance provided. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, October 17 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.; 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
