ANTLE, Obediah W. - Passed suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, March 21, 2013, Obediah W. Antle of Victoria, age 64 years. Predeceased by father: Obediah. Leaving to mourn, wife: Jeanette; three daughters: Louise (Wayne) Spurrell, Alberta, Judy (Gord Penney), Carbonear and Kelly (Don) Slade, Salmon Cove; one son: Leslie (Wanda), Yellowknife; three step-daughters: Cathy (Jeff) Squibb, Carbonear, Dora (Graham) Snow and Rose Snow, both of Victoria; nine grandchildren: Terri-Lynn (Byron), April, Travis, Ashley (Eugene), Tracie (Scott), David, Tiffany, Brandon and Maurissa; step-grandson: Matthew; six great-grandchildren: Carter, Parker, Destany, Dylan, Tylor and Tyson; mother: Bertha, Victoria; brother: Ellis (Joyce), Victoria; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 27 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria. Interment in Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Obediah Antle Memorial Fund.
