Obituary of Edison Rose

Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, Edison 'Bram' Rose of Victoria, age 87 years. Predeceased by wife: Shirley; parents: James and Clara Rose; daughter: Wanda; great-grandchildren: Kyah and Kara Penney; brothers: Ewart and Wilson. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Trudy (Walter) Snow, Victoria and Lori (Terry) Penney, Carbonear; son: Jason (Michelle), Victoria; eight grandchildren: Justin (Sarah), Jonathon (Emily), Jeremy (Jessica), Kayla, Brandon, Nikita (Terry), Stephen (Shanna), and Deven; twenty-one great-grandchildren; five sisters: Minnie (Bill - Deceased) Piercey, Bessie (Albert) Noel, Edna (Allan) Lambert, Audrey (Garfield - Deceased) Crowley, and Joslyn (Dave) King; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Friday from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear.
