Passed peacefully away at Dr. A.A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Pelican on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, William C. Whiteway of Job’s Cove, age 84 years. Predeceased by his wife: Selma; parents: John and Florence; sister: Rose Hender. Leaving to mourn, brothers-in-law: Cecil Hender, Mount Pearl and Selby (Olga) Milley, Western Bay; nephew: Donald Hender, Houston, Texas, also a number of other relatives and friends. Visitation from Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Friday, February 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Main Highway, Western Bay. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Job’s Cove.
