Obituary of Wade Penney

Passed away peacefully in the presence of loving family members on June 1, 2023, at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, ON, after a brief critical illness, Wade Charles Penney, age 58, of Toronto, ON, formerly of Carbonear. Predeceased by his parents: Samuel and Lucy Penney; sisters: May, Lillian, Joan, and one infant sister; two infant brothers; and brother-in-law: Francis Stice. Left to mourn, daughter: Samantha (Scott); grandchildren: Charlotte and Quinn; sisters: Florence (Kevin) Janes, Frances (Robert) Pike, Goldie (Bruce) Baker, Lois (Eldred) Dean, Judy (Denis) Mulloy; brothers: Silas (Linda), Calvin (Audrey), and Paul; brother-in-law: Adolph Gosse; as well as a large number of family and friends. Thank you to the team of doctors, nurses, all health care workers, and support workers at St. Michael's Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Your caring and kindness was very much appreciated. Interment at Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery on Saturday, June 17 at 2:00 p.m.
