Obituary of Blake 'Sam' Parsons

Passed away suddenly on Friday, August 4, 2023, Blake ‘Sam’ Parsons of Victoria, age 44 years. Predeceased by grandparents: Gerald and Bride Butler; special friend: Wayne Dean. Leaving to mourn, life partner: Brandy; daughter: Summer (Dustin); son: Jaxson; parents: Claude and Geraldine; brother: Blair (Cathy); sister: Holly (Wilson); three nieces: Jasmine (Nick), Kelsey, and Alyssa; two nephews: Parker and Colton; grandmother; Robina Crane; also a large number of other relatives and friends. There are so many things we can say and share about our son, brother, father, and uncle, but anyone who knew him already knows who he was. He was a kind man, thought about many who were in need, and wouldn’t hesitate to give you the shirt off his back. He left home soon after graduating, started working straightaway and was always known to be a hard worker. He was a provider for his beautiful family and he loved them endlessly. We can’t forget, of course, how silly he was, he had the best sense of humour and could make anyone laugh. His big heart and smile will always be remembered and those who knew him will likely carry a story or two with them forever. Rest Easy Sam. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Tuesday, August 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 9 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Celebration of Life to be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear.
