Passed peacefully away with his wife by his side at Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, December 25, 2023, Jesse 'Jr' Sellars of Western Bay, age 80 years. Predeceased by daughter: Joy Fowler; parents: Jesse and Miriam; sisters: Joyce (Leo) Biggs, Shirley (Lewis) Tucker, Daisy Saunders, and Brenda (Tom) Mullins; brothers: Winston and Lloyd (Donna); Leaving to mourn, wife: Cathy; two sons: Jacon and Robin (Amanda); three grandchildren: Charlotte, Hayden, and William; brother: Gerald (Gail); sister: Olive (Jack-deceased); also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Wednesday, December 27 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Interment in the United Cemetery, Western Bay North, Thursday, December 28 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada online at www.heartandstroke.ca.
