We were sad to hear about Leo's passing. Growing up on Bell Island, Leo was a person that everyone who knew him, respected and looked up to him as a caring and sincere individual. I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him. Finding this photo is also an indication of his talent as an accordion player, coming 1st place in the Wabana Boys Club Bell Island contest in the 11 to 13 age group. Mary & Jerry Duggan
