Obituary of Janette Cole

Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Monday, January 1, 2024, Janette Cole of Victoria, age 67 years. Predeceased by husband: Obediah; parents: Isaac and Beulah Cole; sisters: Rosalind and Wesleyn. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Cathy (Jeff), Carbonear, Dora (Graham) Snow, and Rose Snow, both of Victoria; step-daughters: Louise (Wayne - deceased) Spurrell, Alberta, Judy Antle, Victoria, and Kelly (Don) Slade, Salmon Cove; step-son: Leslie (Wanda) Antle, Yellowknife; one grandson: Matthew; nine step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; two brothers: James Cole and Worrick (Donna - deceased) Cole, both of Toronto, ON; three sisters: Elizabeth Clarke and Lillian (Max) Kelloway, both of Carbonear, and Colleen (Henry) Mercer, Tilton; brothers-in-law: Ananias Antle and Ellis (Joyce) Antle, both of Victoria; special great-nephew: Brayden; special friends: Roy (Shirley) Parsons, and their sons, Matthew and Bradley, Victoria; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, January 3 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, January 4 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, January 4 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria. Interment in Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Victoria.
