Passed suddenly away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, February 11, 2024, Laura Lee Pottle of Northern Bay, age 71 years. Predeceased by husband: Stanley; parents: George and Irene Puddester; sisters: Beverley Battiste, Judy Bruce, Louise (Paul) Rodgers; brother: Allen (Ruby) Puddester. Leaving to mourn, fiancé: Robert Guy; two daughters: Sonya (Bradley) Collett, Torbay and Leanne Pottle, Northern Bay; son: Stanley (Chantelle), Carbonear; nine grandchildren: Brayden, Stefen, Leewin, Marlee, Maleaha, Emmerson, Adia, Stanley, and Riley; sister: Susan (David) Rixon; three brothers: Paul (Linda) Puddester, Berkley (Sandra) Puddester, and Albert (Betty) Puddester; brothers-in-law: Edgar Battiste and Frank Bruce; members of the Pottle family; Robert's family, whom she loved as her own, children: Christine Best (Dwayne), Angela Guy (Danny), and Robin Guy (Paul); grandchildren: Morgan (Cody), Austin, Kirbie, Kenadie, Tyson, and Joshua; great-grandson: Caleb; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Tuesday, February 13 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.and Friday, February 16 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. DUE TO POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS, VISITATION FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15 IS POSTPONED AND WILL RESUME ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16 AT 10:30 A.M. Funeral Service to take place on Friday, February 16 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in Gospel Hall Cemetery, Carbonear.
