Cecil, was always kind and friendly when I visited, and he loved Patsy's cat and she took to him on that first day Joanne and I brought her there. He was a wonderful spouse to Rose and we will all miss him. RIP Peggy Seward

Rose and family, I was so sorry to hear of Cecil’s passing. He was a very nice man. After my dad passed away, Cecil took care of the snow clearing and lawn care for mom. We could count on Cecil to ensure things were well looked after. He was a hard worker, very dependable, and a kind man. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
