Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on September 6, 2024, Reverend Mary Meadus of Victoria, age 66 years. Predeceased by her parents: Maurice and Jean Pittman; parents-in-law: Clarence and Kathryn Meadus; brothers-in-law: Tolson and Harry; sisters-in-law: Marilyn and Judy. Leaving to mourn, husband: Don; daughter: Amanda (Chris); stepdaughters: Cindy Lee and Maxine; grandchildren, who were her treasures: Kal-el, Alex, and Alice; brother: Wally (Sylvia); sisters: Elizabeth (John), Selena (Lloyd), and Catherine (Clyde); sisters-in-law: Janice (Andrew), Sandra (Clyde), Valerie (Paul), Florence (Lee), and Sadie; brothers-in-law: Wesley (Jillian), Derrick (Crystal), and Cecil (Heather); special friend: Norma Stacey; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other family members, church family, and friends. Visitation at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Sunday, September 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, September 9 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, September 10 at 11:00 a.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Reception at St. James Anglican Parish Hall. Following the reception, interment in St Luke's Anglican Cemetery, Grate’s Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Luke’s Anglican Cemetery Fund, c/o St.Luke's Anglican Church, P. O.
