Obituary of Elizabeth Jane Sheppard

Passed peacefully away at CHSLD des Patriots, Saint Eustache, QE on July 11, 2024, Elizabeth Jane Sheppard of Harbour Grace, age 103 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Frances; brothers: Walter, George, Arthur, and Alfred; sisters: Evelyn, Myrtis, Ethel, and Florence. Aunt Jane was a very special person who was dearly loved and leaves to mourn, many friends and a large circle of nieces and nephews who will never forget her kind heart and love for them all. A funeral service was held at Urgel Bourgie LaSalle, QE on July 27, 2024. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday, September 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 17 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with Aunt Jane’s love of children and animals, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Make-A-Wish Canada online at makeawish.ca or an animal shelter of your choice.
