Obituary of Pearl Annie Moores

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, Pearl Annie Moores (nee March) formerly of St. John’s and Brownsdale, Trinity Bay. Pearl passed away on November 25, 2024, at the age of 93. Predeceased by husband, Merritt; parents: Charles and Louise March; brothers: Harold (Sylvia) and Ray (Violet). Leaving to mourn are her loving children, daughter: Brenda, sons: Tony (Donna), Guy, Brad (Michelle); grandchildren: Andrea Ball, Matthew Moores (Nikita), Nicole Michelle Moores (Jessica), Samantha King (Joshua), Nicole Ellen Moores, Amanda Carnes (Shawn); nine great-grandchildren; sister: Joyce Goodwin (Lloyd); best friend and neighbour: Linda March; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A special thank you to Bay Roberts Retirement Centre for their loving care and friendship over the past year. Until we meet again, may God hold you in the hallow of His hands. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, December 2 from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, December 3 at 1:00 p.m. from Brownsdale United Church. Interment in Brownsdale United Cemetery.
