Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion, Carbonear on Thursday, December 5, 2024, Donald Lambert of Grate's Cove, age 79 years. Predeceased by parents: George and Sarah; brother: Robert (Josephine); sister-in-law: Elizabeth Lambert; parents-in-law: Levi George and Annie Norris. Leaving to mourn, loving wife of 53 years, Rebecca; son: Jason (Patsy); grandson: Finley; brothers: Tom and Bram (Marilyn); sisters: Eleanor (Bill) Butt and Elsie (Herb-deceased) Green; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Grates Cove on Sunday, December 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, December 9 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, December 9 at 1:00 p.m. from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Grates Cove. Interment at St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery, Grate's Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to his family.
