To: Walter, Tina, Darrell and Family.
It is with great emotions and sympathy that we are saying farewell to our friend Louise.
Louise would always make a point to visit every time we were down home. She would never pass without coming up and having a chat and a cup of tea. That was her character that was the way Louise was. Friendly, kind, and considerate. Louise our friend you will be sadly missed by all.
Walter and Family hold close all your wonderful memories.
God bless
Paul and Yvonne.

Growing up in a small fishing village in the 50's & 60's made for bonds that lasted for a lifetime. We were both fortunate enough to share in this bond of friendship with Louise. We extend our sincere heartfelt condolences to Walter and the family, to Louise's siblings and to the Jenkins family of Tizzard's Harbour.

Sending deepest condolences to Walter, Tina, Darrell and the entire family! Louise was a beautiful, kind, and thoughtful lady. She was a great friend to my late sister in-law Bonnie Martin and I'm sure they are picking up their friendship once again in a place where there's no suffering or pain! I have fond memories of Louise when I was growing up in Grates Cove. May she rest in peace!

My dearest aunt Louise, to list one memory would be very hard to do for there are so many. I love you so much and you are missed. The many talks we’ve had every time I came home, the chocolate cakes you’ve made for me for my birthday or for whatever reason because you know it’s my favourite. To go out of your way to make my husband his favourite dish and then tell me I can’t have it just so he could have his fill lol. There are too many memories to list. Just know the present of the wave you and uncle Walter gave me when you guys got stuck in Calgary on your way home from visiting Darrell 2 and a half years ago is on my mantle will be a constant reminder of you as well as the whale pictures you both gave us as wedding present. I wish I could be there to celebrate your life this weekend but alas I can’t be but you’re in my heart always. To Uncle Walter, Darrell and Tina, my love to you.

Oh how we all wished that this day would never come. You fought so valiantly, you were so strong and faced each challenge head on. Always optimistic, but it was not meant to be. We will always remember our early years with young families, feeds on weekends and always there for a laugh. The whole community will miss you and we know you are flying with the angels

Walter and Family, so very sad to hear that Louise had passed away. We had such great times together when we lived in Grates Cove. Both of us used to go down to our store after hours and exercise and then turn around and eat cheezies, we laughed ourselves silly trying new exercises. Louise was a beautiful and thoughtful person and will be missed by all who loved her. Rest In Peace Louise.
