REYNOLDS, Bertha L. 'Bertie' - Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, September 5, 2013, Bertha L. 'Bertie' Reynolds of Perry's Cove, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents: Selby and Effie Slade; brother: Robert; sister-in-law: Violet; brother-in-law: William. Leaving to mourn, husband: Warwick; three daughters: Dale (Keith), Carbonear, Bonnie (Michael), Kingston and Sandra (Danny), Red Head Cove; one son: Brian (Denise), Small Point; nine grandchildren: Lee (Alice), Rachelle, Justin (Amie), Megan, Ashley, Amber, Allison, Amy and Alyssa; three great-grandchildren: Mya, Calli and Cassi; two brothers: Ronald (Mary) and Randy (Joan), both of Salmon Cove; one sister: Sandra (Jim), Salmon Cove; sisters-in-law: Frances, Salmon Cove; Julie Mae, Perry's Cove and Marion (Andrew), Victoria; brother-in-law: Sandy, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear with visitation hours by request of the family, Friday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, September 8 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Perry's Cove. Interment in the United Cemetery, Perry's Cove. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to #1122 Orange Lodge, Perry's Cove.
