WHEELER, Clarence - Passed peacefully away at Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Sunday, December 29, 2013, Clarence Wheeler of Brownsdale, age 87 years. Predeceased by parents: Edward and Ettie May; sister: Frances and brother-in-law: Allan Squires. Leaving to mourn, one brother: Roy (Mary), Arkansas, USA; one sister: Doris Squires, Carbonear; special niece: Joann Morris, Pennsylvania, USA; four nephews, all of USA; as well as a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the United Church, Brownsdale on Tuesday, December 31 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, January 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, January 1at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Brownsdale. Interment in the United Church Cemetery, Brownsdale. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital, St. John's.
