TUCKER, Jessie M. - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, January 13, 2012, Jessie M. Tucker of Burnt Point, age 82 years. Predeceased by: husband: Wallace R.; parents: Thomas and Lucy Milley; brothers: Eli, Isaac and Elijah Pickering; sister: Irene. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Jennie (Gary) Durling, St. John's and Sadie (David) Oliver, Burnt Point; two sons: Clifford (Lillian) and Harvey (Sandra), both of Burnt Point; nine grandchildren: Terry (Norine), Roger (Selina), Connie (Fabian), Charlene (Jamie), Crystal (Derrick), Jason (Danielle), Cory (Jennifer), Holly (Bernard) and Robert; ten great-grandchildren: Devin (Karla), Justin (Leanne), Courtney (Mark), Allyssa, Morgan, Logan, Destiny, Catherine, Dawson and Daniel; four great-great-grandchildren: Mark, Lucas, Chase and Jada; two brothers: Thomas (Susie) Milley and Mervin (Margaret) Milley, both of Burnt Point; two sisters: Marion (Sam) Sharpe, Toronto and Jane George, Burnt Point; brother-in-law: Douglas Tucker, St. John's; sisters-in-law: Ethel Milley, Victorian Manor, Victoria, Sadie Milley and Mildred Tucker, both of St. John's; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, January 15 at 2:00 p.m. from the Gospel Hall, Burnt Point. Interment in the Gospel Hall Cemetery, Burnt Point. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Gospel Hall Cemetery, Burnt Point.
