NOONAN, Elsie - Passed peacefully away at Dr. A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, Elsie Noonan of Bay de Verde, age 70 years. Predeceased by husband: Paul, parents: Harold and Ceneth Sutton, sister: Brenda Penney and brother: Harold Sutton Jr. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Serena (Kenneth) Thorne, Old Perlican; son: David, Paradise; three grandchildren: Adrienna, Zachary and Cole; sisters: Patsy (Jim) Gosse, Bay Roberts, Irene (Doug) Stevenson, Jeanette Sutton and Yvonne (Jerry) Burden, all of Victoria, Michelle (Gary) Noseworthy, Bryant's Cove and Mary Butts, Brampton, ON; brothers: Chris (Sherry) Sutton, Etobicoke, ON, Brend (Mary Ann) Sutton, Guelph, ON and Wayde (Maureen) Sutton, Mississauga, ON; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: George Penney, Salmon Cove and Catherine Sutton, Sunderland, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, June 21 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. Inurnment for Elsie and her husband Paul to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bay de Verde. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
