LEDREW, David R.- Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, May 29, 2008, David R. LeDrew of Small Point, age 71 years. Retired Canada Postal Employee. Predeceased by parents: Albert and Effie; sister: June. Leaving to mourn loving and caring spouse: Jean Milley; one son: Michael (Jaime), St. John's and grandson: Miles; one step-son: David Milley (Margaret), step-grandchildren: Walter and Melissa and their mother Bernice and Paul Milley; four brothers: George (Anita), Frank (Lorna), Alex and Ron (Jo-ann); also a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, May 31 at 2:00 p.m. from Ocean View United Church, Broad Cove. Cremation to follow. Inurnment at the General Protestant Cemetery, St. John's at a later date. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Ocean View Church Building Fund, Broad Cove.
