MILLEY, Wilbert F. 'Bill' - Passed suddenly away at his residence on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, Wilbert F. 'Bill' Milley of St. John's; formerly of Western Bay, age 70 years. Predeceased by father: Edward; brothers: Calvin and Joseph Malcolm; parents-in-law: Boyce and Mabel Winsor; sister-in-law: Judy Brown. Leaving to mourn, wife: Linda; four daughters: Sheila (David) Roul, Carbonear, Denise (Kenneth) Penney, Angus, ON, Andrea (Owen) Milley-Ellenberger, Sydney, NS and Julie Milley (Andrew MacDonald), St. John's; five grandchildren: Andrew, Erica, Grace, Bryden and Andrew Owen; mother: Hattie Milley, Western Bay; one brother: Bruce (Bernadette 'Bern'), Western Bay; two sisters: Florence (Sam) Green, Blackhead and Brenda (Ralph) Brookings, Western Bay; brothers-in-law: Clifford (Mary) Winsor and Larry (Sheila) Winsor, both of Gander; sister-in-law: Cheryl (Eugene) Melindy, Gander; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Thursday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, September 26 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. At Wilbert's request, cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
