TRICKETT, (nee Moores) Dora K.- Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park, St. John's on Friday, August 1, 2008, Dora K. Trickett of St. John's formerly LeGrow (nee Moores) born at Adams Cove on November 1, 1919. Left with many fond and loving memories are her nieces: Donna (Charlie) Taylor and Diane (Noel) Duff; brother-in-law: Jim Best; sister-in-law: Olive Moores and her family; also leaving to mourn are her stepchildren: Ross (Bernadette) Trickett, Doreen (Harris) Penney and Ruby Parsons; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay, with visitation hours by request of the family Friday, Aug. 1 from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, Aug 2 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, Aug. 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Ocean View United Church, Broad Cove. Interment to take place at the United Cemetery, Blackhead. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to United Cemetery, Blackhead.
