CAINES, Dorothy- Passed peacefully away at her residence on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, Dorothy Caines of Bristol's Hope, age 59 years. Predeceased by mother: Elizabeth Young; mother-in-law: Evelyn Caines. Leaving to mourn, husband: Tom; two daughters: Kelly (Rodger) Lynch, Bristol's Hope and Cindy (Morley) Ford, Pasadena; four grandchildren: Joshua, Kyle, Nicholas and Robyn; father: Arthur Young, Upper Island Cove; three brothers: Will (Florence) Young and Gordon (Barbara) Young, both of Spaniard's Bay and Aubrey (Karen) Young, Upper Island Cove; one sister: Myrtle (Len) Fowler, Cupid's; sister-in-law: Elizabeth (James) Dennis, Cold Lake, AB; father-in-law: James Caines, Corner Brook; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Thursday, August 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday, August 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Friday, August 15 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace.
